Terms of Sale All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Buyers must reserve items by e-mail; this is to verify that the item is still available. Please quote the item number and description for easy identification. I will reserve an item for two weeks until full payment is received before shipping. Purchasers are responsible for shipping and handling. I will ship all item(s) purchased exclusively by registered mail only for added security and peace of mind. The cost of shipping and handling up to 20 grams by registered mail is $4.00, advice of receipt (AR) registration cost $5.00. Buyers will be notified of the actual rate when a purchase is made. Insurance will cost extra; please notify me if you want insurance cover. I will not be held responsible if an expensive item is lost in transit without an insurance cover. All purchases using Paypal will be sent to the official CONFIRMED ADDRESS of the purchaser without exception. By definition, the registered address is the verified address that Paypal and the credit card issuer has in its record for the credit card used in the transaction. Items purchased using Paypal will require delivery by A. R. Registered mail and insurance coverage for selected items of high value. A. R. registered mail requires the recipient at the confirmed address to sign the accompanying receipt before accepting delivery of the purchased item. This signed receipt will be mailed back to me confirming that the purchaser has definitely accepted delivery of the item. I hope that genuine buyers will understand that this method may deter fraudulent purchases to be made. Items will be shipped when funds are deposited in my Paypal account. I accept an International Bank draft drawn on a bank in Singapore preferably in Singapore Dollars. Payment in other international currencies will incur bank charges and a delay in shipping.. Payment by wire transfer to my bank account is acceptable. I accept cash at buyer's risk. You should only send cash through the mail if it's a small payment and use registered mail for added security. I will not be held responsible if the cash is lost in transit. Please note asiannumismatic.com is a Singapore website and shipment will be sent from Singapore, items may take up to two weeks to arrive for worldwide delivery. Upon taking delivery of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the item(s) received, you may return the item(s) in the same condition as it was shipped to you within two weeks. After ascertaining that the item(s) is in order, I will credit the full amount to your account for future purchases. All numismatic and philatelic items are guaranteed genuine unless otherwise noted.
